Capital Case Manual 
 

This manual was prepared in 1994 by the Louisiana Crisis Assistance Center and The Loyola Death Penalty Resource Center made possible through grants from The Southern Poverty Law Center and The Louisiana State Bar Association IOLTA Fund.

The LIDAB publishes a Public Defender Directory each year.  We will also have it available at this link.  We update the online version as we receive new information.

Downloadable Forms

 

The LIDAB uses forms for several reasons.  Local indigent defender boards are required to report certain information each month and annually.  There are also forms for individual attorneys to seek certification for capital cases and for appellate cases.  Some of the following  forms are in Acrobat format.  Download Adobe Acrobat reader from this site:
